CONFERENCE ROOM
Conference rooms, Meeting rooms are available for meetings and conferences. Clients may rent for individual meetings or a package of time that may be used over a year, as needed. We also offer a fully set-up computer training room for your convenience. These are all available by the hour, day or packaged time for use as needed.
Tenants are entitled to make use of the conference room upon availability for four hours a month, FREE OF CHARGE.

RECEPTIONIST
- Receptionist Services are available during office hours from Monday through Saturday

- The Office Center Receptionist will welcome and announce the guests and will seat him/her in the "Guest Waiting Area".
- All additional, support services which you may solicit from the Receptionist will be billed on a separate invoice.
- The Receptionist will assist you, by taking all incoming calls.
SECRETARIAL SERVICES
The secretaries work as an independent contractor from their own home. If you are a business owner or entrepreneur who needs assistance from time to time, consider using the services of home secretaries. No work order too small.
SECURITY ALARM WITH MONITORING SERVICE
A Security Alarm System has been installed at our Office Center. The tenants will be given a code in order to get into the premises after working hours.
Security alarm with monitoring service (24 hours) is installed for the office in general.
